Are you ordering from Animal Products for the first time? Then we can imagine that you have questions about the products, delivery, or payment options.

This can be done via IDEAL, using your own online banking environment. Bank transfer to account number NL80KNAB0776579010 in the name of Animal Products is also an option. Please include the order number and surname. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
You may return the product within 14 days without giving a reason, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You have another 14 days from the moment of the return notification to send the product back. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. The return costs for the order are at your expense. We will credit the amount within 14 days.

When a product is in stock, we can ship it within a few days. If a product, for example from Galican, needs to be ordered, it may take several weeks. You will receive a message from us about this via email.
Shipping costs may vary. This depends on the size of the order. Feel free to send an email for an indication of the shipping costs.
You can also always choose to pick up your order in Zundert. In that case, you naturally won't have to pay any shipping costs. For smaller orders that fit in our van, we can also take them to a match. Please feel free to ask about the possibilities if that is convenient for you.
