If this is your first time ordering from Animal Products, we understand you might have questions about the products, delivery, or payment options.

You can pay via iDEAL, through your own banking environment. You can also transfer money to account number NL80KNAB0776579010, payable to Animal Products. Please include your order number and last name. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
You can return the product within 14 days without giving a reason, starting on the day you receive it. You have another 14 days from the date you notify us of your return to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will credit the amount within 14 days.

If a product is in stock, we can ship it within a few days. If a product, for example, from Galican, needs to be ordered, it can take several weeks. We'll notify you by email.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of your order. For an estimate of shipping costs, please feel free to email us.
You can also choose to pick up your order in Zundert. That way, you won't have to pay any shipping costs. For smaller orders that fit in our mailbox, we can also take them to a match. Please inquire about the options if that's convenient for you.
