Return information

You can return the product within 14 days without giving a reason, starting on the day you receive it. You have another 14 days from the date you notify us of your return to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will credit the amount within 14 days.

Please note: Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, or sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned (such as our Nutrolin products).

Animal Products will refund all payments, including any shipping costs charged by Animal Products for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), without delay, but within 14 days of the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. Unless Animal Products offers to collect the product itself, it may withhold reimbursement until it has received the product or until you demonstrate that you have returned the product, whichever is the earliest. Animal Products will use the same payment method you used for reimbursement, unless you agree to a different method. Refunds are free of charge.

If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, animal Products is not obliged to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.
